GAME COVERAGE / SPORTING EVENTS

PACKAGES
—$200 - $1000+What you get:
Full game coverage (typically ~2-3 hours) is $500, and includes all destination/admin fees. Partial game or short game options are typically $200. We offer a significant Destination discount if hired on-location where we're already setup. When you're in the middle of a game, or in the zone while competing, you don't want to worry about whether your photographer can capture those critical moments. Tell us what you want us to capture, and we'll take care of the rest.

Packages include a tailored photoshoot session, edited images, (with or without an online gallery...let us know) and high-resolution downloads. The photoshoot duration and number of edited images is determined by the package and your needs. Please reach out for more info.

"Blue-Ryu Photo exceeded all our expectations and created the best pictures since the invention of cameras."

— made-up quote...100% fake, don't trust anything on the internet

What if our team didn't hire full coverage, but Blue-Ryu Photos were captured. How do I find and purchase those shots?!

A la Carte Photos....

We love capturing great photos, and those candid action shots are exactly how we got started. Please reach out and we'll help you get the photos you want, digitals and prints, and I personally want to help you get the best value available that meets your needs and budget.

Basic Pricing Guide (digital downloads):

$20 - 1x Photo, purchase only your favorite image

$30 - 3x Photos (50% savings)

$40 - 5x Photos (60% savings)

$60 - All images, 1 player, from a single album (game/event)

($50 / ea for 4 or more players)

$75 - 3 albums/1 player or 10x photos of choice

For Prints, please ask...I'll try to beat EVERY price out there on premium quality prints from our Pro Print Lab partners. (please don't purchase convenience store prints...the color and image quality is usually so poor that it ruins great photos.)

Team Photos

PACKAGES
—Starting at $50 per playerWhat you get:Sports are expensive...period. So we are very mindful of our pricing, but also believe that affordable pricing does not demand reduced quality. When we do team photos, we strive to squeeze 10+ individual half-sessions into about a 1-hour timeframe. We shoot to over-deliver every, single, time and give our clients an unparalleled value. To do this, we may not always be able to replicate the exact lighting/image for each player, but we'll make up for it with multiple poses, and more great photos than you'll get anywhere else.

Packages include a tailored photoshoot session, edited images, (with or without an online gallery...let us know) and high-resolution downloads. The photoshoot duration and number of edited images will vary, but typically includes 4-10 images per player. In addition to digital download and sharing rights, we also offer prints, wall art, and keepsake options at very affordable prices.

What you get:
Pictures...everybody gets a picture! You get a picture, your kid gets a picture, your dog gets a picture, your cousin twice removed from your step-mom's first husband's sister that babysat you that one time, so you barely know them, but they seemed okay for the most part, but also a little weird. I'll shoot a photo for them too...if you want; but I can't make any promises about making them any less weird.

FAQs

The answers to your questions

What kind of equipment do you use for extreme sports photography?

We use high-end professional cameras paired with high-end specialized lenses. We find this to be much more efficient with better results compared to using stone tablets & chisels, or even wood carvings. The colors are much more vibrant as well.

Do you shoot anything besides sports?

Yes, I have been shooting for well over 20 years and only half that time has included sports photography. I am happy to work with you to capture your special moments and events. Presently, I do not shoot weddings, boudoir, or birth photos. Engagements, Seniors, Night photography, and countless other forms are all on the table.

Can I request specific shots or angles during a session?

Absolutely! We encourage clients to share their vision. We draw inspiration from endless sources, so we'll work together to make sure we understand and attempt to capture the shots that matter most to you. As long as it's safe, we'll do our best to create it.

How do you ensure safety while photographing sports?

Sports and Sports Photography is our passion, but safety is our top priority. Having played multiple sports, coached sports, ref'd sports, and as parents to young athletes, we understand the nuances of the game and work closely with athletes to ensure we get amazing shots while minimizing any risks so no one gets hurt.
